Dominic Nicholson LLC is a Delaware limited liability company that operates from Texas. Dominic Rashaad Nicholson is our founder and the educator who leads our mentorship. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website, the member portal, and every program, product or service you buy from us.

By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make a purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us or create an account. Please give accurate information and keep your login private.

Our products and services focus on business education, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital downloads and mentorship. This includes mentorship sessions, guides, courses, blog articles, calculators, member content and music-related bonuses. All of it is general education.

We do not provide credit repair services. We do not offer to dispute, remove or change any item on your credit report. We do not give individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment or credit advice, and nothing we share is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, cryptocurrency or other investment. Please consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

We do not guarantee funding, income, credit outcomes or any other financial result. Examples, testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances and decisions.

No physical items are shipped. Mentorship scheduling details, intake forms and digital files are delivered by email or through the member portal after purchase. What each program or product includes is described on its product page at the time you buy.

We may update program content, scheduling or delivery methods to keep them useful. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or misuse; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund it.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already completed. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Purchases of digital products and mentorship are final and are not refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy or where applicable law requires a refund. If something about a charge looks wrong, please contact us at support@dominicrnicholson.com so we can fix it.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge with your bank or card issuer, or any other right you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Our $22.22 per month UNation Community Membership is not available for purchase yet, and no one is being charged for it.

When it launches, you will only be enrolled and billed if you clearly agree to recurring billing at checkout. Before you pay, we will show the price, how often you will be billed, when renewals happen and how to cancel, and we will email you the same cancellation instructions after you join. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You will always be able to cancel by emailing us at support@dominicrnicholson.com. We will only offer online self-service cancellation once it is available and working.

Portal access is personal to the buyer and is based on qualifying purchases. You may not share, sell or transfer your login or portal content. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken, if payment for that access is not received or is reversed, or if an account is used fraudulently.

Bagzamilleon Coin (BAGZ) is separate from all memberships, mentorships and educational purchases. BAGZ is not sold through this website, and buying or holding BAGZ does not give you membership access, mentorship or any other service. Memberships and programs are paid only through this website's checkout, never in BAGZ or any other cryptocurrency.

Information about BAGZ on this website is for information only and is not investment advice. BAGZ does not come with any guarantee of value or financial return. Buying cryptocurrency carries substantial risk, including losing everything you spend. Any purchase on a third-party exchange or wallet is at your own risk and is governed by that provider's terms.

All content on the website and in our programs, including text, videos, recordings, guides, music, images, logos and course materials, belongs to Dominic Nicholson LLC or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not copy, record, resell, share or publish it without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, including trying to access other accounts, interfering with how it works, posting unlawful or abusive content in any community space, or using it for any illegal purpose.

The website links to or embeds third-party services such as social media, video, email and payment tools. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and our programs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and Dominic Nicholson LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, savings or data, arising from your use of the website or our programs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase that gave rise to the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover Dominic Nicholson LLC for claims, losses or costs that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or our programs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@dominicrnicholson.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, except that you may bring a claim in the small claims court where you live, and you may bring a claim anywhere else the law gives you the right to.

Nothing in this section takes away any right or protection you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live that cannot be waived by agreement, including your right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and applies from that date. Changes do not apply to purchases completed before that date.
