Refund Policy

• One-on-one mentorship programs, including the 90-Day Mentorship
• Digital downloads, guides, courses and other educational content
• Music and album purchases
• Memberships, once they are offered (see section 5)

Our products and services are business education, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital downloads and mentorship. We do not provide credit repair services, and we do not guarantee funding, income, credit outcomes or any financial result. Not reaching a particular result is not, on its own, a reason for a refund.

Digital products can be downloaded, copied or viewed as soon as they are delivered, so they cannot be returned. Mentorship reserves a limited place and personal time with Dominic Nicholson that cannot be given to someone else once committed to you. For these reasons, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for not using what you bought.

Please contact us at support@dominicrnicholson.com and we will review and correct the problem, including by refund where appropriate, if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• You were charged the wrong amount
• You paid but did not receive the digital product or mentorship access you bought, and we are unable to deliver it
• A charge was made that you did not authorize
• A refund is required by applicable law

Free guides and other $0 downloads involve no charge, so no refund applies.

Our $22.22 per month UNation Community Membership is not available for purchase yet, and no one is being charged for it.

When it launches, you will only be billed if you clearly agree to recurring billing at checkout. The price, how often you are billed and how to cancel will be shown before you pay and in your confirmation email. Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a billing period you have already paid for is not refunded, and your access continues until the end of that period.

If something about a charge looks wrong, please email us at support@dominicrnicholson.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.

Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge with your bank or card issuer, or any other right you have under applicable consumer protection laws. If a purchase you made is disputed, we may share records of the purchase, our communications and what was delivered with the payment provider, and access linked to that purchase may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.

BAGZ is not sold on this website and is separate from every membership, mentorship and educational purchase. Buying or holding BAGZ does not give you membership access or any guaranteed financial return, and we cannot refund or reverse cryptocurrency purchases made on third-party exchanges or wallets.
